Everyone on Track is an initiative to spotlight the hidden gems in motorsport.

We hear the words “diversity” and “inclusion” used often in luxury spaces—such as Formula 1—to signal accessibility. But what does that actually look like in practice? Motorsport has united millions of people from all backgrounds across the globe, yet that range of perspectives isn’t often reflected back to us.

After years as an F1 content creator, Nora Jo started Everyone on Track to give visibility to a wide range of experiences, whether from a fan, an engineer, an artist, or a driver. As promised in the title, Everyone on Track aims to be a platform for everyone and provide opportunities in the world of motorsport.
